Our boats range from smaller vessels for up to 6 guests to large yachts accommodating up to 13 people.

Per coast guards regulations the max capacity no matter the size of the yacht is yourself + 12 guests (total of 13). In case you have a group larger than 13 we can offer you the option to rent two boats/yachts at the same time or to rent some of our boats that have special permits to fit 35, 45 or 100 guests. Ask our team for those boats.

Cancellations made 29+ days before departure receive a full refund. Cancellations within 28 to 15 days before departure date, the charter can be rescheduled during the next 4 months period or deposit will be lost. If a client cancels within 14 days or less before departure, deposit will be lost unless a different offer is suggested by Miami Boat Rent.

In the event of extreme weather such as a hurricane, lightning, storm or tornado, 80% chance of rain or more (Average during your rental period) or 25 mph winds or higher based on Miami Beach as location ON GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY, where it is a danger to be on the water, the charter can be rescheduled during the next 12 months. The captain has the final decision in determining if a charter must be rescheduled due to extreme weather.
